AAA Approved Repair Facility

Loren's Auto is a AAA Approved Repair Shop, meaning it meets the rigorous standards of the American Automobile Association. A certified shop must meet standards for cleanliness, proper tools, adequate technical training, and appropriate technician certifications.

In addition to having an impeccable repair shop, a certified facility must have a favorable opinion rating amongst its customers: AAA performs a survey of a significant number of the shop's customers and obtains their opinions "on how well the business meets their automotive service needs." The shop must score at least 90% on each question.

NAPA AutoCare Center

Loren's Auto is a NAPA Auto Care Center, meaning it meets the rigorous standards of the NAPA AutoCare Program. An approved shop must meet standards for "community reputation, integrity, qualifications, and expertise." Being a NAPA AutoCare Center also means offering the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind Warranty, which covers qualifying repairs for 12-months/12,000 miles.

ASE Certified Technicians

Loren's Auto Repair services all makes and models with ASE Certified Technicians, a title which means that they are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.

An ASE Certification signifies a commitment to excellence by a technician. In order to be certified in an area, a technician must take difficult, national tests on the most current methods and models, meaning they must constantly be learning about new technologies as they are developed. Technicians must also re-test every five years in order to keep their certification.

For this reason, Loren's Auto Repair is the place to bring your car for auto repair that you can trust to get it right, the first time.

ASA Member

The Automotive Service Association is the most prominent auto repair association in the country with over 13,000 business owner members. As a member of ASA, Loren's Auto Repair has access to information on the most up-to-date vehicle technology, meaning your car will be fixed right, the first time. Also, as an ASA member, Loren's Auto Repair must adhere to ASA's Code Of Ethics and professional business practices, meaning we must offer the highest quality and most ethical repair in order to continue being a member of ASA.

International Automotive Technicians Network is a network of technicians and business owners where e-mail forums on many different subjects are cataloged in data bases which can be searched and reviewed as a tremendous resource of information. Also, instant feed back from any of the more than 40,000 members can be received for immediate action on any pending technical or management problems or decisions.

Car Care Council Member

The Car Care Council is dedicated to helping teach drivers about regular vehicle care, maintenance and repair, and what they mean to the life of a car.
